Hiring Process
Please submit your completed Online Application Form to the Department of Human Resources via our online hiring system. You may refer to the Current Openings page for a list of specific positions that are available. Additional information about current openings and our hiring process may also be obtained by contacting the Happy Hills Healthcare Department of Human Resources.

We utilize a pre-employment screening process for all applicants. Screenings include: Drug test (urinalysis); Physical; Two-step PPD (tuberculin skin test) and a national background check. There may be additional background checks for applicants who have lived outside of the US in the last 12 months or more and for those applying for certain nursing opportunities. Once you have satisfactorily completed this process, we will schedule your new hire orientation. Following the new-hire orientation you will be scheduled for departmental orientation to begin your specific job training.
