Each of our spacious 48 apartments features a kitchen, living/dining room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom, walk-in closet, and a balcony or screened in porch.

Magnolia Manor Moultrie offers independent living options for the retiree who desires a carefree home without maintenance and lawn worries. When a bit more assistance is needed, residents can easily transition into our Assisted Living program. Our caring staff is like family and is ready to assist with anything our residents need.
