This 169-bed skilled nursing center is situated in the heart of a loving, friendly community. Our devoted staff is well-equipped and committed to delivering comprehensive care to our residents to fulfill their physical, mental, and spiritual needs. From social gatherings to rehabilitative therapy, we offer a variety of stimulating activities and services to enhance our residents’ lives. We are proud to announce that our Midway Campus just received a deficiency FREE survey in 2022 and also was awarded the 2022 Quality Bronze Award from the AHCA/NCAL. This is the first step in the prestigious and progressive framework of the Baldrige quality program.
